"Thanksgiving"

I took this picture while volunteering at a local retirement center.

Each resident was wheeled into the main crafts room where the staff had assembled a Thanksgiving tableau which included a Japanese accordion tissue paper turkey.

They were given a dart pistol and told to shoot the turkey. When they succeded, they were given a couple of cookies in a plastic bag, with a twisty-tie closure, and then spent the remainder of the afternoon in "recreational therapy" trying to get the twisty-tie off to claim their "prize"...
